DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Delivery

Expected timelines: 
  • We strive to deliver our products in the shortest possible timeframe. 
  • Our partners work hard to satisfy our strict requirements and those are the expected timelines. 
  • EU and US delivery: production times within 0-2 working days, delivery time within 2-5 working days. Some of our products may be produced locally and therefore General Shipping rules will apply for those. 
General Shipping rules: Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 14 business days of the order being registered by Fiurdelin.com. Shipping costs are as indicated on the Site.
International Shipping: Deliveries outside Italy or Europe may be subject to acceptance by Fiurdelin.com. International shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
Import Duties: For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import customs fees.
Shipping Delays: The indicated delivery times are estimates. Delays or split shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation.
Package Inspection: Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the package for:Correct number of packages
Packaging integrity (no damage, wetness, or alterations)
Damage Claims: Any discrepancies must be immediately noted on the delivery document and reported to the courier.
Product Issues: Issues with the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products must be reported within 10 days of delivery, following the procedures outlined in this document.

 

2. Returns

Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 business days of receiving the products.
Withdrawal Notification: To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Fiurdelin.com by email (elina@fiurdelin.com) within the 14-day period.
Return Procedure:Returned products must be received by Fiurdelin.com's warehouse within 14 business days of the withdrawal notification.
Products must be returned intact, complete with all parts, and in their original packaging.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any damage incurred during transport.
Refund:Fiurdelin.com will refund the full purchase price (excluding additional shipping costs) within 14 business days of the withdrawal, using the original payment method.
Refunds may be held until the returned product is received.
Loss of Withdrawal Right: The right of withdrawal may be forfeited if:The returned product or its packaging is not intact.
The product is missing parts or accessories.

3. Forfeiture of Withdrawal Right

If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Fiurdelin.com will return the product to the sender and charge the sender for the return shipping costs and the product price (if already refunded).
